The VEKAMOTION 82 system of slots and vents was constructed on the basis of VEKA’s modern energy-efficient window profile system.
DESIGN
The VEKAMOTION 82 lift-and-slide door system provides a panoramic view of the house’s surroundings, which is important in contemporary architecture that focuses on integrating the interior of the house with the garden.
Profiles are white as standard, but can be produced in any other color from a wide range on request. Finishes resembling the wood texture as well as aluminum caps are also available and can be powder-coated in any color. SPECTRAL profiles are also available to order.
SECURITY
Doors can be fitted with various types of insulating glass, including those with increased burglar resistance, profiles reinforced with steel sections, burglar-proof fittings and locking systems. A flat, flush sill also ensures safe daily use.

The sill and leaf assembly of the standard version has a section height of 152 mm, while the frame and leaf give a total dimension of 163 mm. It’s important to conceal the threshold in the floor as much as possible.
The VEKAMOTION 82 Lift&Slide door system uses multi-chamber cover strips that conceal the screw connections after installation. Surfaces are therefore perfectly smooth, even without cover strips.

A two-stage sealing system is used in the sliding leaf area. The external sealing system guarantees the airtightness of the door, even under stresses such as hurricane winds and heavy rain.
